How to Book an Appointment

1. Request Availability using the form below.
2. Provide your contact information.
3. Provide a description of your tattoo idea.
4. Share what days/times work best for you.
5. Scheduling day is Tuesday.

Currently appointments rescheduled during the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order have priority. Please submit your availability and idea, to be added to the wait list.

If a consultation is required, we will work with you to find a time that works. A deposit of 20% may be required at the time of booking.
